No. If you are under 21, you will not be allowed to attend the conference. You may ask our team for a full refund with proof of a valid government-issued ID.

The networking app will not open until 2 weeks before the event. Once it does, download the app called “RETCON Conference App” and login with the email you used to register with.

No! Just show up to registration with your confirmation email or photo ID and we will print your badge on-site.

No, RETCON does not. You can access the RETCON Conference App two weeks prior to the show and network and connect with all attendees.

We do not offer partial conference tickets for RETCON. RETCON registration provides access to all general content sessions and networking events, meals, receptions and expo hall, unless otherwise specified.

You may apply for a full refund and ticket transfers in writing up to 60 days prior to the event start date. Within 60 days prior to the event start date, refunds will not be granted unless you are unable to obtain a visa, but you may still transfer your pass to a colleague with our approval. After 60 days, attendees transfer their registration to another colleague or ask that their registration be honored for RETCON 2028. Send refund or transfer requests to  [email protected].

You will have to wait to receive an email saying if you were accepted. If accepted, you will be automatically registered for the conference and have no further steps, other than booking travel and hotels if applicable. If rejected, you may still attend the conference but you’ll have to either purchase a standard pass or a sponsorship.

Talks are 10 min for startups, 20 minute for dedicated stage time, 45 minutes for panels, 50 minutes for roundtables, and 60 minutes for workshops and lunch & learns.
