RETCON 2026 Cancellation & Substitution Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation and substitution policy is designed to be fair, flexible, and consistent with industry best practices.

Refunds

  • Full Refunds: Cancellations received on or before February 7, 2026 (30 days prior to the event) are eligible for a 100% refund of registration fees, no questions asked.
  • No Refunds: Cancellations received after February 7, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.

Substitutions

  • If you are unable to attend after the refund deadline, you may request a substitution of your registration to a suitable colleague from your organization.
  • All substitution requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by the RETCON team.
  • Substitution requests should be sent to [email protected] no later than March 2, 2026 (one week before the event).

No-Shows

  • Registrants who do not attend the event and do not submit a cancellation or substitution request will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

Transfers to Future Events

  • Registrations may not be transferred to future RETCON events unless expressly authorized in writing by the RETCON team.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • In the unlikely event that RETCON 2026 is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, natural disaster, pandemic-related restrictions, etc.), we will provide registrants with the option to:
    • Transfer their registration to the rescheduled event dates, or
    • Receive a full refund of registration fees paid.
  • RETCON is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel or accommodation expenses.
