The RETCONNECT VIP Program creates high-value, one-on-one meetings between real estate decision makers and the technology providers participating in RETCON.
RETCONNECT VIPs are typically senior leaders who:
- Influence or control technology purchasing decisions
- Represent organizations with commercial real estate portfolios
- Are actively evaluating new technologies or future investments
- Are willing to participate in curated one-on-one meetings during RETCON
Each year’s VIP class is carefully curated based on sponsor needs and meeting alignment, so meeting these qualifications does not guarantee acceptance.
Not selected? Qualified owners and operators may still be eligible for our complimentary Owner/Operator Pass, available for a limited time, with full access to RETCON’s education, networking, and exhibit hall.

Is there a cost to participate?
There is no cost to participate in RETCONNECT as an attendee. In fact, we extend complimentary passes to those who qualify to take part in this exclusive program.
How do these meetings differ from regular booth visits?
RETCONNECT meetings allow for a more intimate environment away from the energy of the expo hall, where you can conduct meetings without the distractions of general foot traffic.
How many meetings would I be able to schedule?
To enjoy the full potential of the RETCONNECT program, you’ll be able to schedule at six meetings based on your interested and business goals.
How is the matchmaking curated between RETCONNECT attendees and exhibitors?
Meetings are curated based on your business goals and the product categories that are of most interest to you. Exhibitors who match those product categories are then suggested and scheduled for meeting times with you. You will then review everything and confirm or deny the meetings based on your schedule and priorities.
What if I can’t make it anymore?
We understand that plans can change, but if you cannot attend, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. If you cannot attend and do not assist in filling your spot, we reserve the right not to extend an invitation to future events.
