Event Information
Where is the event located?
The event will be in-person at the New York Marriott Marquis on April 1-3, 2024. The exact address is 1535 Broadway, New York, NY 10036.
When is the event?
RETCON 2024 will take place on April 1-3, 2024 beginning at 7:30 AM ET.
How do I access the event app?
Once you are registered for the conference, you will receive login instructions about 1 week before the conference begins to begin networking. If you don’t receive the login information at that time, please email [email protected].
How can my company sponsor RETCON?

Registered Attendees
Are there terms & conditions associated with my registration?
Yes. By attending the conference you agree to all of the following terms and conditions.
Can I attend if I am under 21?
No. If you are under 21, you will not be allowed to attend the conference. You may ask our team for a full refund with proof of a valid government-issued ID.
How do I access the networking app?
The networking app will not open until 1 week before the event. Once it does, download the app called “RETCON” and login with the email you used to register with.
Do I need a ticket to access the event?
No! Just show up to registration with your confirmation email or photo ID and we will print your badge on-site.
Am I approved or registered to attend?
You can check your application status here. In the meantime, check your spam folder for an application status update email from us.
What happens after I am approved?
You’re fully registered to attend! There’s nothing else you need to do other than book your hotel/travel. Just show up to the event with your photo ID or confirmation email and we’ll print your conference badge on-site
Conference Costs
How much does the conference cost?
The conference is free to attend for those who qualify for a complimentary pass. Criteria for this pass can be found here: https://retconference.com/usa/application-attendee/. For those who don’t qualify for a complimentary pass, the current price of the standard passes can be found on the registration page here: https://retconference.com/usa/application-attendee/.
Under what circumstances do you offer discounts?
For groups 5 or more who don’t qualify for a free pass, you can email [email protected] for information about discounts on standard passes.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund up to 30 days before the event, no questions asked. Within 30 days of the event, you may receive a 100% refund if you present proof of a positive COVID test. If you purchased a pass, registration may also be transferred to a future event or to a suitable colleague, as long as it is approved by the RETCON team first. Send refund or transfer requests to [email protected].
What is the COVID policy?

Application Process
I applied for a complimentary pass. What now?
You will have to wait to receive an email saying if you were accepted. This email should come within 24-48 hours from when you applied. If accepted, you will be automatically registered for the conference and have no further steps, other than booking travel and hotels if applicable. If rejected, you may still attend the conference but you’ll have to either purchase a standard pass or a sponsorship. If you do not receive an email within 2 business days, try checking your spam folder. If it still isn’t there, contact [email protected].
Do I need to apply and get accepted to attend the conference?

Can I be a speaker?
You are welcome to submit an application to speak. Applications to speak can be found here: https://retconference.com/usa/application-speaker. Where can I find previous talks?
Recordings of the talks are shared after the conference on the RETCON video portal: https://retconference.com/videos. This link will be emailed to all attendees after the conference concludes.
How long are the talks?
Talks vary from 10 minutes for our startup stage to 25 minutes for solo talks to 50 minutes for panels.
