Policies for Covid-19 Prevention and Preparedness
Meeting Vaccination Requirements
All attendees, exhibitors, and speakers will be required to certify that they have proof of vaccination or a negative PCR Covid-19 test result which will remain valid for a period of 72 hours.

Confirming your Vaccination Status
During the application process you will be required to affirm that you are fully vaccinated or will have received a negative result on a PCR Covid-19 test no later than 72 hours prior to your attendance. No uploading of any documents is required.

In accordance with the CDC guidelines, unvaccinated individuals will be required to wear masks at all times during the course of the event. By not wearing a mask, you are certifying that you are fully vaccinated and that others in at1tendance at the event may rely on that as a truthful statement.

Facts about the Venue
Hand sanitizers will be available at key points within the conference space. Room occupancy limits and seating arrangements have been reduced to allow for safe distancing of guests.
